Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited is a Public Sector Company, Governed under the managerial control of the Ministry of Commerce. There are 7 Directors on the Board of Pakistan Reinsurance Company, including the Chairman of the Board. Out of the seven Directors, four are selected by Federal Government, one is designated by State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) being a generous financial backer while the excess two are chosen from the business local area (Minority Shareholders). What's more, there is a Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management who handles the business tasks of the Company.
