Job Description of Sales / Marketing Head - Real Estate

We are a City Business Icons looking for a smart and energetic Sales and Marketing Head candidate in our Wah Cantt Office, who will be responsible for managing the sales department, staff planning, and evaluating department activities I.e selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company.

Role and responsibilities:

• Organization's sales and marketing strategies for local and Oversees client
• Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
• Leads the marketing team and excellent marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns
• Managing budgets and evaluates sales performance.
• Managerial duties to meet the company's Marketing goals and existing client engagement.
• Overall working on leads conversion rate.
• Customer acquisition cost.
• Sales representative productivity and leaderboard.

Skills and Requirements;

• Bachelor's/ Masters degree in marketing or related field.
• 10 or more years of relevant work experience.
