PR is seeking an experienced administrator to manage a complex calendar, communicate with clients and their board members over email, and liaise with the accounts team to ensure all client inquiries are answered in a timely fashion. This individual will be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple scheduling requests simultaneously and arrange the company calendar to accommodate overlapping client needs.
Duties
- Managing the calendar
- Scheduling calls and virtual meetings
- Utilizing Zoom to set up meetings
- Utilize Outlook for calendaring
- Data entry and analysis
- Email communication
- Operating alias email accounts and interacting briefly over email with funders
- Notetaking
- Fielding questions promptly
- Tracking outcomes in Excel or Google Drive
- List creation/RSVP tracking
Requirements
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana, with an understanding of Excel’s basic formulaic functions
- Must be able to follow instructions precisely
- Very strong writing skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
- The ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
