PR is seeking an experienced administrator to manage a complex calendar, communicate with clients and their board members over email, and liaise with the accounts team to ensure all client inquiries are answered in a timely fashion. This individual will be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple scheduling requests simultaneously and arrange the company calendar to accommodate overlapping client needs.

Duties

  1. Managing the calendar
  2. Scheduling calls and virtual meetings
  3. Utilizing Zoom to set up meetings
  4. Utilize Outlook for calendaring
  5. Data entry and analysis
  6. Email communication
  7. Operating alias email accounts and interacting briefly over email with funders
  8. Notetaking
  9. Fielding questions promptly
  10. Tracking outcomes in Excel or Google Drive
  11. List creation/RSVP tracking

Requirements

  1. Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana, with an understanding of Excel’s basic formulaic functions
  2. Must be able to follow instructions precisely
  3. Very strong writing skills
  4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
  5. The ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
